In short

We use it to respond to your cash-out request and to share your scenario with wholesale lenders you may work with. We do not sell your personal information.

Property and loan information: state, property type, value, loan amount, purpose and occupancy
Anything you write in the message field
Visit information: the page you first landed on, the referring site and campaign parameters such as utm_source or click identifiers, stored for your browser session

The DSCR calculator runs in your browser. Figures you enter there are not sent to us.

How we use it

To contact you about your request by email, phone or text, as you consented
To evaluate your scenario and present it to wholesale lenders
To understand which pages and campaigns bring useful inquiries
To meet legal and regulatory obligations

Sharing

We share information with wholesale lenders and service providers who help us handle your request, such as customer relationship and communications tools, under obligations to protect it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Text messages

If you consent, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your California privacy rights
