What our role is
We are a broker, not a lender. We arrange and shop business-purpose financing from wholesale lenders. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans or set lender guidelines. All loans are subject to the chosen lender’s underwriting and approval, and terms may change until a lender issues final approval.
Business purpose and occupancy
Every loan we arrange is for a business purpose and secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not arrange loans for personal, family or household purposes or for any property the borrower or the borrower’s family will occupy. Our application will not accept a request that indicates owner occupancy.
